Paweł Misztal

Studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Wrocław University. After graduation in 1991 he began a trainee legal advisor, at the same time continuing his practical training with Bank PeKaO S.A., and from 1992 with Legal Office SOLPOL, which provided services to P.Z. SOLPOL, Telewizja POLSAT S.A. and other companies in the Zygmunt Solorz-Żak group, as well as to: Coca Cola West Poland Sp. z o.o. of Środa Śląska and American Retail Systems Sp. z o.o. of Wrocław. After his official registration as legal advisor in 1995 he worked for Telewizja POLSAT S.A. in Warsaw. Since 1996 - a founding partner of Law Office "Misztal, Onichimowski, Włodarek and Partners".

Paweł Misztal specialises in legal matters related to trade in real properties, capital investment processes, mergers and acquisitions. He has acted as an advisor to numerous Polish and foreign businesses, including international corporations investing in the above areas in the Polish market. He has conducted legal due diligences of real properties and companies, he has prepared and participated in several dozen transactions of sale or purchase of real properties or enterprises. He has represented his clients in many civil and administrative law disputes, dealing with cases at all instances. He has provided advice in connection with and participated in establishing, taking over or transforming Polish or foreign economic entities.
