Maciej Onichimowski

Studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Wrocław University. After graduation he started to train as legal advisor, continuing his practical training at the Lawyer's Office of Roman Mucha (1992-1994), and Legal Advisors Office (1995-1996, together with Monika Klonowska and Beata Karwowska). In 2004 he completed a yearly course of study in European Community Law. He arranged courses of commercial law for various Schools of Management and the Centre for Inservice Training at the Voivode's Office in Wrocław. Since 1996 - a founding partner of Law Office "Misztal, Onichimowski, Włodarek and Partners".

Maciej Onichimowski specialises in legal matters related to trade in real properties, capital investment processes, public procurement and competition protection. He is a practitioner in law of economic relations. He has acted as an advisor to many Polish and foreign companies. He has done legal due diligences of real properties and companies, he has prepared and participated several dozen transactions of sale or purchase of real properties or enterprises. He has been a legal consultant under numerous capital investment and social projects. He has acted as an attorney representing his clients in many civil and administrative law disputes, conducting cases at all instances.
