Gwidon Włodarek

Studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Wrocław University. Following graduation and judicial training, in the years 1990 96 he worked as a judge of the District Court - Commercial Court in Wrocław. From 1991 he was a lecturer in commercial law, including commercial company law, composition law and bankruptcy law, at various Schools of Management, the Centre for Inservice Training at the Voivode's Office in Wrocław, the State Labour Inspectorate and the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. In the years 1994 96 he was a Member of the Codifying Committee for Changing Bankruptcy Law and other Parliamentary Acts attached to the Ministry of Justice. Since 1996 - a founding partner of Law Office "Misztal, Onichimowski, Włodarek and Partners".

Gwidon Włodarek specialises in company law, contract law, trade in real properties, capital investment processes, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised in connection with and participated in establishing economic entities with Polish and foreign shareholdings, as well as provided various businesses with legal advice concerning their statutory operations. He has provided advice at many general meetings of shareholders. He has also provided advice and participated in transforming, merging, demerging and liquidating many economic entities. He has conducted due diligences of real properties and companies, he has prepared and participated in several dozen transactions of sale or purchase of real properties. He has acted as an advisor in connection with big infrastructure projects, including housing and business premises development and supply network construction projects. He has represented his clients in many legal disputes, conducting cases at all instances.
