Marta Gibas – Legal AdvisorStudied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Wrocław University. Still as a student, in the years 1995 98 she gained practical experience in labour law, dealing with employee matters for Insurance Company EUROPA S.A. of Wrocław and STANLEY Systems Poland sp. z o.o. of Wrocław. In 1998, while still being a student, she started her practical training in law at our Law Office. She has advised in connection with and participated in establishing economic entities, with both Polish and foreign shareholdings. She has provided advice at many general meetings of shareholders.
