Law Office "Misztal, Onichimowski, Włodarek and Partners" is a Polish entity, operating since 1996. The Law Office provides comprehensive services to both Polish and foreign businesses in all areas of law, focusing on trade in real property and the capital investment process, mergers and acquisitions, as well as broadly understood company law, intellectual property law, energy law, environmental protection law, waste law and labour law. Our clients include large international corporations and small and medium-sized operations.

The Law Office Partners began their professional careers in the early 1990s, at the time of fast political and economic transformations of Poland's economic life. Gwidon Włodarek initially worked as a commercial law judge, and Paweł Misztal and Maciej Onichimowski as lawyers and then legal advisors for large Polish and foreign economic entities.

The lawyers working for the Law Office form a team of young and dynamic legal advisors, with an in?depth knowledge of the areas of law they specialise in.

Each client of our Law Office is assigned a person (partner) who acts as the lead partner/contract manager and is responsible for the quality and prompt performance of all tasks. Such person supervises the execution of individual tasks relating to the contract/job assignment, but also performs himself or herself activities related to the provision of legal services to the client. He or she also reports to the client, accounts for the tasks carried out and the costs incurred. In his or her absence, the lead partner/contract manager is represented by a deputy. For bigger jobs teams composed of several lawyers specialising in the required areas are set up.
